My name is Mary Stavaraki and Soul Essences was born from my intention to rediscover my senses and my truth.

In sessions, I act as a lens, not to show paths but to illuminate, together with you, the truth that already exists within you.

In silence, you begin to truly feel. 

And there, deep contact with yourself begins.

Artist of Soul Therapy:  My approach is neither guiding nor advisory.

I do not interpret, nor do I intervene in another person’s process.

The method I have created is maieutic, the individual sees and feels through their own inner senses.

My vision through Soul Essences is awareness.
In one word, Soul Essences is the Alchemy of Awareness.

At the heart of this journey are Essential Oils,  the purest distillations of nature, drops of life that carry the wisdom, aroma and vibration of the natural world, in direct connection with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of the 5 Elements, acting as a bridge between nature, the body, emotions and inner Awareness.
